Zingr, a trailblazing fintech startup, sought to tackle the challenge of financial exclusion in developing economies. With the backing of Google London Campus and a team of seasoned financial experts, Zingr aimed to create a digital payment solution that would empower small farmers and business owners in underserved markets.


AIM
The primary objective was to develop a brand identity and communication strategy that would resonate with diverse cultures, build trust among the unbanked population, and showcase Zingr’s commitment to financial empowerment and social responsibility.
CHALLANGE
The main hurdle was crafting a brand that could effectively communicate complex financial concepts to a varied audience with limited financial literacy, while also establishing Zingr as a trustworthy and accessible financial partner across different geographical locations.

STRATEGY
BrandImage+ devised a multi-faceted approach, creating a vibrant visual identity with culturally diverse characters and a symbol representing savings, profit, and wealth transfer. The strategy focused on simplicity, accessibility, and trust-building through consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

The branding effort resulted in a cohesive, easily recognisable identity that resonated with target audiences across various cultures. The user-friendly app design and clear communication materials significantly increased brand awareness and user adoption in target markets.
