Brandimage Creates Value

Brandimage has crafted the branding for “Valor Solutions,” a burgeoning capital management consultancy focused on energizing the Madeira Free Zone. Backed by Madeira Fidúcia and BSG & Associates, it boasts offices worldwide.

The mission of the new brand is to maximize client investments, to create value. In this regard, Brandimage’s proposal is centered on the concept of added value, aptly reflected in the new tagline, “ADD VALUE TO YOUR BUSINESS.”

To illustrate its global presence and reinforce the concept of “value,” a symbol merging a globe with a gem through its circular composition and chromatic refraction representation was created. The use of varying shades of blue and grey induces transparency, communicating modernity and memorability essential for establishing a unique market position for the new brand.

While the role of communication is paramount, the logo is just one component of a much larger system. A logo is part of the broader context created to communicate a brand and should, ideally, synthesize the brand’s values and consumer expectations, although its communicative power has its limits.

For anyone, the Brand Experience—the emotions they associate with a brand, whether positive or negative, love or hate—is much more influenced by the quality of service they receive, such as at a Starbucks, than by the mermaid or seahorse in the logo.
